What if everyday packaging
felt extraordinary?

Private-label products dominate club and value retail shelves, but too often they rely on imitation rather than innovation. In crowded categories like confectionery, packaging becomes an afterthought—generic, disposable, and undifferentiated. For a product to succeed, it must deliver more than function; it must spark delight, stand out visually, and create a reason to choose it over established national brands.

Standing out in five seconds,
five feet away.

Our research began by auditing the competitive landscape. Most designs mirrored one another in structure, graphics, and materials, offering little distinction. Holiday tins and boxes from leading competitors relied on novelty features like motion, music, and metallic finishes, but lacked staying power once unwrapped. We saw an opportunity to create packaging that earns attention quickly, while building lasting value through reuse, gifting, and sustainable design.

From inspiration to imagination.

Our design and graphics teams set out to reframe the possibilities for private-label branding. Drawing inspiration from cultural touchstones like nostalgia, whimsy, and cinematic storytelling, we generated dozens of concepts spanning playful, elegant, and fantastical directions. Through sketch brainstorms and motion-rich renderings, ideas leapt from the page into immersive product experiences.

Sustainability woven

By rethinking construction methods and materials, we designed displays and packaging that reduced excess while remaining cost-effective at scale. The results were bold without being wasteful, delivering both shelf impact and production efficiency.
