Rachael has always enjoyed knowing how things work and making them even better. So a degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati was a natural fit. Her co-op experience included managing research in biomechanics and developing processes for electrochemical micromachining at the Human Evolutionary Locomotion and Micro Manufacturing Labs at UC. Her published works include “Pulse Electrochemical Micromachining of Tungsten Carbide.” At Kaleidoscope Innovation, she has worked on projects for clients from Janssen to Microsoft. In her personal time, Rachael is training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic, a 90-mile rowing/paddling race.
