Matt’s core design philosophy? “Know the product and know the end user.” Prior to joining Kaleidoscope Innovation, he spent 15+ years tending to brands such as P&G, Adidas, Kellogg’s, FC Cincinnati, Bayer, Dewey’s Pizza and Dragonfly. Matt believes Kaleidoscope’s strength lies in being a talented group of individuals from multiple disciplines who complement and strengthen each other’s ability to innovate. Outside of work, Matt enjoys attending concerts and sporting events, and coaching his kids in their activities.
