Charlotte has over 15 years of experience in user-centered design and research with a focus on consumer, industrial, and medical products and experiences. She leverages multi-dimensional, immersive research to uncover unmet user needs and develop solutions for clients ranging from medical and pharmaceutical companies to home appliance manufacturers and global retailers. Charlotte has conducted contextual research in homes and healthcare facilities in the U.S., Canada and India, as well as in South America and Europe. She has received research and design strategy awards from the Industrial Designers Society of America and Core77 for her work in patient-centered healthcare experience design.
