Through his experience as a biomedical engineer, Casey discovered that he had strong leadership and interpersonal skills. He pivoted to project management and has loved it ever since. He worked for nearly six years at Gentherm (Cincinnati Sub Zero), where his team developed hyper/hypothermia devices. He believes honesty, collaboration and transparency are the keys to successful project management, and that innovation should be simple yet extremely effective. Outside of the office, Casey enjoys spending time with his family, landscaping and coaching 17-and-under competitive summer baseball.
