User Experience Audit & Design Solutions
Improve customer adoption and loyalty
Increase customer engagement with your product by identifying and solving your biggest user experience challenges. Our usability and human factors experts start with a usability audit of your product, plus 3-5 top competitors. The research and analysis will drive ways to increase satisfaction and reduce user errors. As a result of our findings we will generate concepts and quickly test them with users within a short time frame. We can also create interactive prototypes that allow you to test the concepts with customers.
Exploratory Research to Customer Journey Maps
Maximize your budget with exploratory research. Understand your customer better, answer those questions that have been nagging you and evaluate new opportunities in your market. Your exploratory journey will start with an Understand Phase, designed to identify who and what influences your consumer’s decisions, uncover the challenges along their customer journey and create actionable insights into unmet needs. Various qualitative insight methodologies may be incorporated, including contextual interviews, touchstone tours, video diaries, in-depth interviews and more. Kaleidoscope’s analysis of the research findings will be beautifully distilled into 3-4 consumer personas and associated use-case scenarios. Visually compelling customer journey maps bring to life the user experience, including key influencers, product interactions, decision points and pain points. Findings and opportunities identified can be delivered via our popular Book of Knowledge.
