Kaleidoscope partnered with Diebold closely from the beginning to establish a new visual design language that would carry across the range of ATMs. We looked at a broad range of factors, from security needs and function placement to unique regional and global demographics, ultimately creating several that would set apart this new line of ATMs from its predecessors and competitors.

The process yielded a line that has a clean, unified design language and brand identity, while allowing for expansion, customization, ease of use and servicing. Diebold also benefited from reducing overall family partcounts dramatically while accelerating time to market.
